I was noticing that no one was going to read the rules at all. people would go to my site, pop in, have a vote ignore the rest and get out.
so, i have passworded the page and the only way to be able to get to it is find the password, insuring people would read the rules before going.

I will only now accept reasonable suggestions and delete and scene forcing suggestions and say who's post I deleted. asking why will get you hit.
Here are some examples on what to do and what not to do, and if you don't get it, I will set up a whole comic of basic things that will be boring and un-fun until i think you know what is forcing a scene or is just retarded.
